Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
This is on Intrepid beta upgraded from 8.04.1 running Metacity on an Intel GMA-950. 0) Set screen rotation to Normal via xrandr. 1) Open Firefox. 2) Rotate the screen Left or Right. 3) Rotate the screen back to Normal. Right click on a page -> context menu appears offset by several hundred pixels away from mouse cursor. Hovering any object in the window that pops up a tooltip (including buttons on window decoration) shows that tooltips are offset as well. All other windows opened before the rotation display context menus/tooltips at the correct positions. Restarting Firefox fixes the problem. Cannot not try with Compiz because of bug #277709.
