The missing packages are language-pack-kde-{en|it} and
language-pack-kde-{en|it}-base and I'm sure they are not installed (i run
the commands you suggested me in the previous message).

I know that it doesn't do anything because it should appear the synaptic's
window showing you it is downloading and installing the packages, but after
i type the correct password, it doesn't do anything for some seconds (3-4
sec.) and then appears the "checking available language support" window,
instead of the synaptic's one. After this the "Language support" window is
already opened and the missing packages aren't installed because if I close
the program and i run it again it shows me the same missing packages.
