Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebluetooth

If I enter bluetooth:/ in the Konqueror address bar, I usually get just
the localhost device. there might be tens of bluetooth mobile phones
around, including mine, but bluetooth:/ does not report this.

It does that, however, if I preceed bluetooth:/ with a command on the
command line "hcitool scan" - then, after clicking refresh in konqueror,
I get a list of bluetooth:/ devices. The only way to get a refreshed
list is to do a hcitool scan again.

This behaviour started after upgrade to Edgy, it worked fine in Dapper.

** Affects: kdebluetooth (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
