touch ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc also (amended bug description to
reflec this) and is quicker than restarting kicker.

** Description changed:

  As reported on the forums
  http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=1678974#post1678974 after
adding a second kicker panel it is not possible to configure it. Right-
clicking on the second panel and choosing "Configure panel..." brings up
the configuration options for the first panel.

However, if you open ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc (e.g. in Kate) and
then re-save this file a new drop-down list appears in the configuration
window. It is now possible to select which panel to configure.

I have successfully reproduced this on a second desktop on the same
computer. No access to second kubuntu. Steps are:

  1. Right-click panel, select Add new panel -> Panel
  2. Right-click on new panel, adjust settings (e.g. height) - original panel
affected, new panel not changed
- 3. Close configuration. Use Kate to open ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc and
save (no changes)
+ 3. Alt-F2, touch ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc
  4. Right-click on panel and configure - new drop down now showing choice of
panels

** Summary changed:

- Second Kicker panel configuration impossible (until external kickerrc save)
+ Second Kicker panel configuration impossible (until touch
~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc or kicker restart)
