the whole story: i am trying to reconfigure my hard disks thats why i'm moving files from one disk to another but while moving mp3 files, there are so many of them, problem occur and says nonunicode chracter ... so i have to skip moving that file but this way it takes so much time and becomes hard to handle. So i diceded to archive that folder while doing this i was doing nothing strange only internet, watching movie no such other thing.. First tar said that file size limit exceeded than closed itself i tried again but this time i wasnt looking what was going on when i came back i saw that only a small part of the files archived and tar vas closed.
