All the workarounds mentioned in this thread (editing xorg.conf) unfortunately did not fix my problem. This is really annoying. The hardware is a desktop PC with P35 chipset and dual core CPU and a 32bit OS. Linux mypc 2.6.24-19-generic #1 SMP Wed Aug 20 22:56:21 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux Also the problem seems to come and go, sometimes the mouse works fine for a few minutes and suddenly each mouse click acts as a double click. I exchanged the mouse hardware too - to no avail. -- Mouse unable to single click after upgrade to Hardy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/209160 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
