In the postinst script, a check is done on /cdrom/.disk/info
Since I had the cdrom mounted (the Ubuntu Edgy CDROM) it did find that file. Apparently, ls -1 /cdrom/pool/main/e/edubuntu-artwork/edubuntu-artwork-usplash* did not work... because it's the ubuntu cd ??? hmmm..... cheers PS i ejected the cd, hence [ -f /cdrom/.disk/info ] was false, so now the install completed ! -- edubuntu-artwork problems https://launchpad.net/bugs/70833 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
