I can confirm this bug on intrepid too. I think resetting the zoom would be a bad idea, as I have to change it every time. BTW, I had the problem with ubuntuforums.org, I zoomed in one thread, and all other was zoomed too. So if there is a way to induce page specific zoom,instead of site specific one's, that'd be a good temporary fix.
