Mplayer says:
Win32 LoadLibrary failed to load: wmadmod.dll, /usr/lib/win32/wmadmod.dll,
/usr/local/lib/win32/wmadmod.dll
After finding the file on the internet, mplayer says:
Win32 LoadLibrary failed to load: wma9dmod.dll, /usr/lib/win32/wma9dmod.dll,
/usr/local/lib/win32/wma9dmod.dll
After finding the second file i get sound in wma9-encoded movies. In
(s)mplayer, at least.

I've found out that Medibuntu's w32codecs also provides this.

Hope this will help someone. Anyways, bug is probably invalid, because
the lack of these files is more like a licensing issue rather than a
bug.
