Hi, Yes, that will only install one, but there was some discussion over whether installing them all by default was a good idea or not.
I'm tempted to suggest going to the Debian maintainer to discuss the situation with them, as they know the package better. If they introduce the change then it will end up in Ubuntu anyway.
