* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #272382). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/patches/eggdrop-1.6.19-ssl.patch.
- debian/rules: Added check for SSL.
- debian/control: Added libssl-dev.

* Non-maintainer upload.
* Use patch from Julian Mehnle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to enforce building
egggrop with Tcl thread support. Thanks for the patch. (Closes: #487541)
