Oops, gpilotd went in /usr/libexec, not /usr/bin, so I think I may have still been running the old daemon.
So after killing all gpilot* processes, and purging the packages, I tried again. 2.0.16 works fine /only if/ compiled without HAL support. The gui becomes fairly unresponsive (excessive polling, maybe?) but it does sync. I'll try rebuilding the intrepid packages without hal later to see if that helps. -- 2.6.27-4-generic gpilotd-control-applet does not sync https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/274936 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
