I can still reproduce this, even on Intrepid gnome-power-manager 2.24.0-0ubuntu3. See the screenshot. The notification icon shows green. The tooltip shows 60%. But if I click on the battery, it shows 17%, which is the correct reading. The discharge time profile and discharge time accuracy profile under power history are both empty.
