I've tried:

and

SUBSYSTEM=="net", ACTION=="add", DRIVERS=="?*",
ATTR{address}=="00:22:5f:18:7c:07", ATTR{type}=="1", KERNEL=="eth*",
NAME="wlan0"

But if it's the new default, it's not that important.
