Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When you right click in the list of music, you get a menu where you can
find "Browse only this Artist", "Browse only this Genre", "Browse only
this Album".

This works great but it is not possible to quit/exit/kill this filter...
The only way possible is to get out of the Music library (by clicking on
"Podcast", for example) and then re-click on Music Library to return to
the list without the filter. This is annoying because you loose the
position in the list where you were.

It will be great if in the right-clicked-menu, we can get something like
a tick ("v") which shows that the filter is active. By clicking a second
time on this menu entry, you can deactivate the filter and get the full
list of music again. I'm thinking about a entry which looks like the
options in the "View" menu ("Full screen", for example)

Another way to view the active filter : simply write the words of the
filter in the search bar, so the effect of filtering will be the same
and we can deactivate the filter by erase the search bar. (or combine
these two possibilities)

Thanks !
Stéphane
