Ryan: Make sure you have not selected "Always on Visible Workspace" for
gedit. In any case, that would be a different problem. You may want to
seek support from Launchpad Answers or #ubuntu.
Since I cannot reproduce the original bug as reported, I am marking it
as invalid. If you still experience this problem on Intrepid, please
reopen the bug. Thanks.
