Hi, I have the same problem - three apps crashed while I was changing the theme from Human to "high Contrast" and back. I also have Gtk-Qt Theme installed (in KDE), and this was selected before, so perhaps this had something to do with it.
This also happened after an upgrade from Dapper to Edgy.
