I can confirm this bug on hardy. After the 3.0.2 upgrade the password list went empty, reverting back to 3.0.1 got the passwords back. My plugins probably aren't password-related: Adblock Plus, Colorunreadtabs, Fastdial, Flashblock, Flashgot, Hupper, Torbutton
