Proposed change is against our translation rules. Please discuss such

Polish open source translators have some common rules that sometimes
differ from Windows. In this case, Windows is more inconsistant by
mixing perfect and imperfect forms in simmilar context - Wycinaj,
Kopiuj, Wklejaj? ;-)
