Problem with pt_PT locale is fixed in current intrepid with gnucash
2.2.6 . However, this issue persist for the locales that I mentioned
previously.

** Summary changed:

- No possibility to change a date other than current with locale pl_PL.UTF-8
+ No possibility to change a date other than current with locale cs_CZ ne_NP
ta_IN

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: gnucash

When I create new transaction there is no possibility to change date.
I can choose other date than current, but after "tab" to other field the date
always shows as current.
- It happens with locale set to pl_PL.UTF-8
+ It happens with locale set to cs_CZ ne_NP ta_IN

After changing locale to POSIX all works fine.

  Gnucash Version: 2.2.1-1ubuntu4
