It's impossible to blacklist ssb. 
I have tried adding it to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist, creating a 
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-ssb file only for it but nothing works.
I have even removed ssb.ko and rebooted and then the module was still there, 
shown in lsmod.

Workaround:
I have solved it running 'update-initramfs -u' but it's very unintuitive.

It wouldn't be an issue if ssb module didn't conflict with others like wl or 
b43...
In my opinion its importance is high and it should be fixed for Intrepid final 
release as maximum.
