Public bug reported:

After updating my system to intrepid suspend is no longer working on my
Dell xps m1330. When i press suspend the screen dims out like it is
supposed to, but instead of going to sleep it goes to the wake up
screen. I also hear some kind of beep from the computer.

Syslog reports the following:
