Ok, it is probably a flash issue that can't be fixed by Ubuntu (Adobe won't release the source code).
Have you got a URL we can try it on? If you do manage to reproduce the bug could you try disabling flash (removing the flash.so from .mozilla/plugins or /var/lib/firefox/plugins), restarting firefox and checking to see if you can still reproduce? -- Can't really say.
