Binary package hint: kde-guidance
The info text is only display into the upper right direction.
My panel is on the right side, so I only get to see the right border of the
window --- the rest is outside of the screen.
1) kubuntu 8.10
2) Version: 4:4.1.0-0ubuntu4
3) display in a direction so that it is visible to the user
4) displayed the info box outside the screen
