Ticket #737-1055182 (Fglrx kills the USB subsystem.) Is the ticket number and http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&ticketID=1055182 is the direct link from ATI's email. You'll need an ATI customer care id/pass to login and I'm not sure if the tickets are public, but the above number is what they sent.
