Since Ubuntu doesn't do much development work on Amarok, more just packaging the work that the Amarok team has created, there's not much that Ubuntu can do at this point. There are 2 ways forward:
1) use a different database instead of postgresql that Amarok works better with (I believe most testing is done with SQLite and MySQL. Amarok 2 will be slimming support for databases to just SQLite and possibly MySQL Embedded) 2) report the bug to the Amarok team and see how they can help. To report the bug against Amarok, use their bugtracker at https://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi ** Changed in: amarok (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged -- amarok 2:1.4.9.1-0ubuntu3 and postgresql 8.3.1-1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/233924 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
