The fact is that the elisa team release a new 0.5.x version every weeks.

These versions can be considered as minor version (they contain
bugfixes) or major versions (they contain new features).

So the question is should we update the intrepid package every week (to
give the bugfixes to users) or should we freeze to the last 0.5.x
version available before feature freeze ?
