Wouldn't it be possible to put the EULA as a web page, the one that
shows where the user starts Firefox for the first time on its new Ubuntu
install, replacing the traditional Ubuntu welcome page for just this one
time, then switch back to Ubuntu's on the second and successive
launches?

Since the EULA doesn't need any agreement, would it be possible to
discuss with Mozilla this kind of compromise?
