It rewrites *only* the Debian Automatic Kernel section, based on whatever rules you specify above. This is a potential bug too No it's not. It explicitly says not to edit between the Debian Automagic Kernel lines. The Windows info should be outside of that area--either before it begins or after it ends. Only that area is rewritten. -- Grub installs to wrong drive's MBR in default install.
