Booted up-to-date Intrepid with 2.6.27-3.4 successfull 3 times without any problems to desktop with Virtualbox 2.0.0 and VT-X/AMD-V disabled. The third time it fell back to text-output doing a fsck check but continued without any problems. I do have to say that with VT-X/AMD-V (which my CPU supports) enabled it feels somehow faster...
