killing newtworkmanager does not help. But killing wpa_supplicant helps however when I kill wpa_supplicant. System restarts it. So it never gets killed. I removed wpasupplicant package itself. Now that helps and I get connected to wireless network but when I reboot system it does not reconnect. Reinstalling wpasupplicant and rebooting again removing wpasupplicant helps.
