Public bug reported:
Under dapper, I could go into Python and 'import HTMLgen' so long as
python2.4-htmlgen was installed. Now after upgrading to edgy, this is
no longer possible. It appears that the python-htmlgen package only
contains documentation and no Python code/modules at all.
