I've managed to load the module with a 2.6.26 kernel. The way to do it is the following :
cd rtk8187se_linux_26.1016.0716.2008/ cd ieee80211/ make cp Module.symvers ../rtl8185/ cd ../rtl8185/ make cd .. sudo ./wlan0up The important thing is to copy the Module.symvers file from the ieee80211 folder to the rtl8185 one before compiling the r8180 module. Then I am able to load the module. The card is seen and it seems that I can connect to some networks (without WPA for the moment). Hope that Helps, Julien -- no support for realtek rtl8187se https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/246141 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
