Enrico Sardi, since you are the original bug reporter, we seem to have conflicting feedback so far. Would you be able to test if this is still and issue for you with Intrepid? Alpha5 just came out last week so you should be abel to test with a LiveCD - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/intrepid/alpha5 .
