Thanks for the feedback. I added the lineno files to the clean target and corrected one of the lintian warnings (dh_desktop-call). The two config.status and config.log lintian warnings seem to be unwarranted, as those files are already removed in the clean target. The updated debdiff is attached; please inform me if there are any more problems.
