Ok, I'm here. I had an issue with Lexmark as well. I fixed it by buying a HP. You are using Foo-Post so it should work. Are you using Lexmark-4039_10plus-Postscript.ppd? I can get my Lex out of storage and try to get a scenario close to yours. Don't give up on this. We will get it somehow.
