Christopher, I'm not sure which version of flashplugin-nonfree exactly you installed. Each flashplugin-nonfree version can only install one upstream plugin, checked by an hardcoded MD5 checksum, for security reasons. If the upstream plugin is replaced on the download site, then the flashplugin-nonfree package fails until the MD5 checksum is updated. Today this problem is not in 7.0.63.3ubuntu3.
