pcmcia-cs now (in Edgy) depends on pcmciautils to ensure a smooth
transition. In Dapper, though, the dependency of ubuntu-minimal on
pcmciautils should have been sufficient for most users.

It's not a bug that pcmcia-cs stays installed (and warns); pcmcia-cs and
pcmciautils are totally different packages and we deliberately keep the
old one installed so that it's usable if you boot back to an old kernel.
The warning is suppressed at boot time.
