Same here on HP dx5150 MT equipped with HP Nivdia Quadro NVS 285, and standard WD SATA HD replaced by Quantum IDE HD.
After deleting two partitions (from an earlier Breezy install), adding two new partitions and choosing to keep two exisiting partitions (mounted at /home and /var/lib/backuppc the installer crashed at 96%.
