Frank, Can you attach cups error.log to find out more about the printer error you get. First edit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and change the "LogLevel" to "debug", then restart cups: $ sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys restart, then send a print job using a scenario where you get printer error, attach /var/log/cups/error.log
