I don't think this bug relates to the package kubuntu-docs but perhaps
to the website. Riddell needs to solve this problem. Confirming
report. Also the FAQ section links to BreezyKnownProblems and should
change it to DapperKnownProblems along with changing it to
http://bugs.ubuntu.com instead of bugzilla.ubuntu.com.
Will also email Riddell about this to get it fixed hopefully soon
