Please note also that less than half of my LoCo membership receives messages from the mailing list and we've only got 20-25 folks idling regularly in IRC. Podcast download numbers and stats remain opaque to me at this time. If we're going to welcome people it feels like we need to ensure we have clear pathways for people to reach us instead of dead ends. I really don't want to start deactivating most of the ReLoCo leads as I am still trying to ascertain who all is left in our community across Ohio and what groupings we do have in the field that still function. I want to remove barriers so that being part of the LoCo is not just the securing of another gamer trophy but something beyond that.

I've been trying to reach out to them to get status reports as to their various Really Local Community Teams and have not heard from them except for one. Is their status tied to their being ReLoCo leaders in https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-us-ohio-reloco-leads or is it separate? If I deactivate people from ReLoCo leads as they've been out of contact for some time and even my predecessors the High Council were unable to reach them, would that affect things on the portal?
