I'm mentioning Dropbox and will include it as well. As for Filezilla, is that a + for common non-tech users? To be honest with you, I'm a part-time webdev and even I don't use Filezilla anymore.. (unless when things break and no SSH is available) The nautilus integration for FTP is just perfect to me for other tasks..
