Hi Guys, I am getting involved in giving presentations about Ubuntu for a computer company (www.to-my-taste.com) that is promoting silent and energy-efficient computers for large offices, especially city councils and semi-governmental organisations.
One of the things that I will definitely be asked, is the cost of professional support. I realise that there is no standard answer for this, and that it should be tailor made, but at least I should have some idea. Does anyone have experience with this?
