I didn't mean to demolish the ad. Just the image with the old logo. I know the most fancy graphics out there use the old logo.. Even more, there are graphics with the new logo who don't follow branding guidelines either.
I'm a bit of a "BrandingNazi" on that point... To me the new branding guidelines are like a bible.. :D But indeed, what you say is true: it's much better than no ad!
