Release Party Jaunty in Ghent on 09/05/2009 Nothing to report, mimor, main organisator, is not available 2. Preparation booth at Dipro Computer Fair in Antwerpen on 24/05/2009 Although the core-team exists, we are still looking for 2 additional volunteers for the booth (from 10 to 14 h.) Material : - some hardware and other material from event-box Ghent will be used, 1 PC (JanC); - decoration of the booth : has someone a large ubuntu logo (>a3, paper, banner, textiel, ...) to identify the booth ? - In case no wall is available to fix posters on it due to the location of the booth, we will need another support for the posters : has someone an idea/solution ? 3. Other events ? Nothing planned yet for the summer ; in september Dipro fairs in Hasselt, Ghent en Antwerpen 4. Promotion material A proposal for new poster has been posted in de mailing list. Feel free to send comments ! We need a banner to identify Ubuntu-be LoCo Teamin fairs and other events. 5. Update Cleaning – Update Wiki and website Several bugreports have been introduced. 6.
