Depending on the time of arrival... First of all it's not a bad idea to go to the infodesk to grab a bag that contains the booklet with schedules and map. Then head to the stand that will either be in the main hallway or the Aw building. (that little building sourrounded by grass) You should recognise the ubuntu stand, if you're the first one there should be a paper on the table with 'ubuntu-be' written on it. Jan Claeys (JanC on irc) is the official contact between ubuntu-be and FOSDEM. He will/should probably arrive before everyone.
