Software die geen eigendom is van Dell wordt geleverd op basis van de licentie en garantie van de Software licentiegever. Waar nodig levert Dell de Software-licentie die u nodig hebt bij het Product. U moet voldoen aan die licentie. Indien u de licentie voor het besturingssysteem niet accepteert bij start-up zal Dell enkel het retourneren en terugbetaling van het volledige product in overweging nemen.
