Hoi,

imho, one with french, dutch and german (and english?) on it. But with
three minor versions with the default language set to  french, dutch
or german. An Ubuntu-be CD should be usable to install Ubuntu anywhere
in Belgium, regardless of it's default language. Unless there is no
room for three or four language on a single CD.
