Sorry but that again can be circumvented but then you have to use a contact to take the remains to yet another containerpark. It's actually like this, you can collect materials from it for yourselve, but you cannot test and bring back if it doesn't work, but when you ask an uncle to do it for you, you can easily circumvent it.
